Arc Machines designs, manufactures and distributes advanced automated orbital welding equipment, systems and services. The Company was created in 1976 to provide engineering solutions for custom applications requiring reliable automatic orbital welding equipment that produces high quality, repeatable welds mainly in the semiconductor and nuclear industries. Since then, the Company has been expanding its orbital welding technology and now serves the needs of many other industries such as food processing, pharmaceutical, offshore, biotechnology, shipbuilding, nuclear, power generation and aerospace, among others. Mission

The Outside Sales Manager will be responsible for generating revenue by soliciting and obtaining orders, understanding and interpreting technical requirements, providing technical information, developing accounts, and ensuring partner and customer satisfaction. In addition, the Outside Sales Manager will analyze the region's new business opportunities, develop sales plans and execute planned steps in order to acquire new business to remain in line with company's strategies and growth objectives.

Essential Job Functions
Revenue generation, including achieving personal sales goals and keeping the Company apprised of order booking status. Client prospecting activities, including maintaining and communicating a healthy sales pipeline and creating account plans. Provide pre-sales support, including preparing proposals, responding to RFPs (Request for Proposal), understanding and studying prospective client requirements, and interacting with prospective client(s) and consultant(s) during the pre-sales and post-sales process. Participate in post-sales delivery activities, setting expectations with the client and delivery team, attending post-sales client meetings, resolving project and client issues, and ensure overall success of the project thereby ensuring that client satisfaction remains high and engagements remain referenceable. Maintain excellent client relations and provide excellent customer service. Build a brand name and brand recognition for the Company. Develop key long-term sales alliances with strategic partners approved in advance by the Company. Manage the Employer's presence on and addition to Client and Partner preferred vendor lists. Secure purchase orders and/or statements of work from clients on terms approved in advance by the Company and provide copies of the same to the Company before the first projected start or invoice date. Determine on a timely basis extensions of contract and termination of contracts and communicate immediately to Employer. Assist in collection of all revenues from sales made to clients. Supports and follows Company Quality Management system as required Assist Director of Sales, Outside Sales Managers and other Inside Sales Managers on special projects that may arise



Ability to drive and/or fly to customer locations (possibly global) Other duties may be assigned, as needed or warranted, by management

Required Skills and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field with at least 5+ years relevant work experience Must have a valid Driver's License in good standing Experience with ERP systems a plus Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products Strong, well-developed interpersonal and communication skills Proven customer service skills Solid analytical skills and problem-solving, solution-driven thinking Self-starter, independent, can do attitude focused on action and results Travel will be required
